Meet Our Team

This year we continue the tradition with service projects, fundraisers for military-connected organizations, and scholarships. It is not all work. We have a good time, learn a thing or two, and most importantly build life-long friendships.

President

Presides over the Executive Committee, Governing Board, and General Membership meetings.

Diana was born in Germany. She has been married for over 17 years and is the mother of four fantastic children. Her hobbies and interests include: helping others, being around nature, sailing, arts and crafts, music, learning about cultures and traditions, dark chocolate, a glass of wine after a long day, RVing, and meeting people.

Assumes the duties of the President in their absence. Plans and executes monthly luncheon events.

Second Vice President

Acts as Fundraiser Chairperson. Organizing, overseeing, and executing all major fundraisers.

Originally from Colorado, Julie worked for many years as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Together with her husband Stephen they have 6 wonderful children. As a family, they enjoy an active lifestyle exploring the outdoors.

Kerryn Story

Recording Secretary

Maintains a current copy of the Constitution and By-Laws and other important member records.

Originally from West Virginia, Kerryn has spent the last 21+ years on active duty, 14 of which she has served a dual role as a service member and a spouse. They have two beautiful children, 6 and 8 years old, and two dogs. Kerryn loves spending time with family, being out in nature, running, yoga, and igniting her creative fire through her many ongoing projects!

Corresponding Secretary

Ensures the roster of the Governing Board is current as well as collects, distributes, and responds to mail.

Anjelika hails from the great state of TX, and isn’t scared to show her pride! She loves experiencing the rich traditions the military upholds, and learning about the history, for wherever the Army sends her family. Anjelika studied Arabic while in college, and through the Army, has been privileged to speak with Kuwaiti dignitaries; she hopes to continue her education and one-day work in the field of Middle Eastern Studies-Arabic linguistics.

Maintains a record of all accounts and prepares financial statements for monthly transactions.

Heather is a Virginia native and Army Veteran. She has four children between the ages of 2 to 14 with her husband, Joe. She is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to travel, participate in running races, biking races, & triathlons, cook, bake, and do crafts when time allows.

Nicole is married to the love of her life for 11 years and is the mother of three wonderful children and two awesome dogs. Nicole is completing her BA in Family Studies at Cameron University. She enjoys crafting, sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Julia is happily married to her best friend and together they are raising three kids. Recently the moved to Fort Sill and she loves getting out and finding the hidden gems at each duty station. July enjoys crafting and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica is originally from Duchess County, NY. She moved to Savannah, GA whre she received her BFA in Advertising Design from SCAD. From there she moved to Vicenza, Italy with her husband where they were stationed for 3 years. There they had a baby boy, who is now 2, and traveled all over Europe. She loves adventure, Crossfit, and lots of wine.

Crystal is originally from South Carolina. She married her husband Michael in 2003 and together they have 5 kids. Her hobbies include music, sewing, and genealogy.

Amelia is married to her husband Brandon, and they have 2 dogs, Jameson and Bailey. She loves to go on walks with her dogs, do crafts, and go out and explore. Her favorite place to go is the Wildlife Refuge, she can’t wait to go explore Arbuckle.

Scholarship

Coordinates plans and facilitates all scholarship related happenings. Awards recipients of scholarships at May luncheon.

Emily met her wonderful husband of 17 years Joseph at Dartmouth, and together they have two kids (12 and 10). She holds a Masters degree in Library Science and was previously the District Enrollment Director for Dartmouth’s Alumni Interviewing program. Their family has been here at Fort Sill for two years, with about two more to go!

Collects and determines the eligibility of Welfare Fund requests. Is responsible for collecting and delivering donated items to the chosen charity/organization.

Jessica was born and raised in California. She is a mother to two girls (7 and 4) She is a veteran and met her husband 9 years ago at Fort Polk, LA. Jessica enjoys giving back to our military community and often volunteers at many organizations on post. During her free time, she loves spending time with her family at the lake and spending time with her girls and two dogs.

Coordinates Activity Clubs and recruits volunteers to participate.

A North Carolina native that enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family, playing board/card games, reading, watching TV crime shows, and attending Renaissance festivals. Together with her husband James they have two beautiful girls and three energetic fur babies.

Adrienne achieved her BFA in Graphic Design and has spent the last eight years working remotely for a Bay Area-based marketing and design agency. Together with her husband Jay they are raising their energetic little boy. On a typical day, you can find her designing, swimming laps, sewing, or cooking up something delicious.

Responsible for taking photos and compiling the yearly photo album for the archives.

Cintia has been married to the army since 2009, and devotes her time to volunteering and helping where needed. When she is not volunteering she enjoys; the arts, photography, Zumba, crafts and spend quality time with her son. She is always looking to try new things and meet new people!
